Coffee Shop Concert

The coffee shop concert will be March 1st at 4:00PM at The Grind Coffee Bar (124 N Court St). It’s across the street from the studio :) Please plan to arrive a few minutes before 4:00 so we can start on time.

It’s so important for students to learn that we can perform music in so many different places and share our talents with so many people and it’s for this reason that is why we have our "Coffee Shop Concert Series" I will put together an order of performances and each student can perform when it’s their turn. (just like we do for our recitals, just more casual!) We will have an electronic keyboard for the pianists and a music stand for our violinists. We will provide the background music as customers are visiting, socializing and ordering coffee. It will be more of a "noisy" performance environment than our normal recitals. Performing outside of the normal recital environment is so helpful for musical growth and comfort in performing. After you’re done performing, we invite you to stick around and to listen to the rest of the students. :)
