Contract

Event date: October 25th, 2025 in Wadsworth OH (time and specific location will be gathered in your event survey) Your deposit of $100 will be due by September 1st, 2024 to reserve this date on my calendar. The remaining balance of $250 will be due on October 1st, 2025. Final decisions about song selections need to be made no later than July 1st, 2025. Pre-ceremony music will start 10 minutes before the start time of the ceremony. I cannot accommodate date changes. If the location changes, you may be charged a travel fee. The deposit is not refundable if event is cancelled or if your date is moved. I understand that Sarah cannot bring her violin out in the rain if it is an outdoor ceremony and we have a rain plan in place (tent, indoor location etc.)
